The Justice Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that fosters and provides access to justice under the law. We educate and litigate for victims of government abuse, and we help people and businesses targeted by government agencies, large corporations, Big Tech and the media prepare to fight back.
Our motto is Training Davids to Beat Goliaths. We work in three ways.
Public records
We request records from government agencies, including Florida Supervisors of Elections under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and publish the primary documents in our Election Records and Documents collection.
Litigation
We help people drawn into legal fights with the government understand the process and prepare to win. In LabMD v. Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit found that LabMD obtained complete success defending itself from the government.
Education
We explain how agencies and powerful institutions operate, so the people they target are not caught unprepared.
Tax status
The Internal Revenue Service has determined that The Justice Society (legal name Justice Society Inc, EIN 82-4188702) is tax exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). Donations are deductible under Section 170.
